  • 2 tbsp peanut or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 fresh chili, chopped
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, chopped
  • 230 g boiled rice (80 g unboiled)
  • ½ fresh paprika*
  • 70 g bamboo shoot stripes*
  • 100 g fresh champignons*
  • 50 g peas*
  • 3 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 egg
